On the first floor of the tasteful and modern villa is the elegant living room, from where the large sliding glass doors offer a wonderful view of the Libyan Sea. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living room. Here you have direct access to the terrace, the private pool and the dining and barbecue area, and the indoor and outdoor living areas are wonderfully connected.
Three very modern and comfortable bedrooms with comfortable mattresses are located on the first floor and two of them on the upper floor. Here, too, you will be captivated by the beautiful sea views afforded by the large sliding glass doors, which also provide access to the private balconies. The three bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional guest toilet with shower and WC on the first floor.

Villa Paseathea is located about 500 meters outside the pretty village of Kamilari. The village center and thus taverns, cafes and the supermarket can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The beach of Kalamaki is only about 2.5 km away and the long sandy beach of Komos is 4 km away.

Kamilari is one of the most beautiful villages of Crete and is located at the foot of Psiloritis, the highest mountain in Crete at 2500 meters. It is only 4 km away from the 20 km long beach of Comos. In Kamilari there are about 300 inhabitants, some very good tavernas, cafes and a supermarket.
The inhabitants of Kamilari are friendly and very open to visitors and also very proud of their cozy and very popular village. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity, original tavernas with good Cretan cuisine and quiet rural village life, you will feel at home in Kamilari.

If you're looking for a little more hustle and bustle, nearby Matala (approx. 5 km away) is the right place for a visit to the shopping street, the bay's lively sandy beach, a sunset dinner and perhaps a visit to one of the music bars right by the sea for a cocktail afterwards.
Kalamaki Beach, which is only about 2 km from Kamilari, also offers delicious restaurants right on the beach and fish tavernas that invite you to dine at sunset. In addition, the taverna owners offer sun loungers and parasols directly in front of their tavernas, which are also open during the day for a snack. In contrast to Matala - especially in the high season - there is even more pure idyll here!
