The lower level with its large individual rooms includes the living room with a two-sided fireplace and a dining table, large windows and verandas with access and views to the pool and the spacious garden, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Also on the first floor are two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.6 m x 2.0 m) and the second with a sofa bed (1.6 m x 2.0 m), as well as large closets. The luxurious marble bathroom, also located on the first floor, has a separate toilet, a spacious shower, a heated towel rail and Cretan organic toiletries.

On the upper floor there are two more comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Their large verandas, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, overlooking the sea and the green landscape, provide for unique moments to relax. The master bedroom has an impressive design, a king size bed (1.8 m x 2.0 m), a desk, a 32-inch LCD TV and a spacious marble bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds (1.0 m x 2.0 m) that can be converted into a queen-size bed, and a bathroom that stands out for its glass roof and large shower.

On the other side of the garden is the 60 sqm swimming pool (1.6 m deep) with children's pool, designed with a vanishing edge, giving the impression that there is nothing between you and the sea. The pool offers you moments of relaxation with a fantastic view of Kissamo's cape and the hills surrounding the village. The pool area is also equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. Additional relaxation is provided by a Jacuzzi located in the garden for up to 5 people. Some bicycles are available for guests to use.

The spacious and beautifully landscaped garden with lawn, citrus trees, olive trees, colorful flowers and aromatic herbs also includes the 'Aloni' area, the pool with umbrellas and sun loungers and the barbecue. At night all areas are illuminated to create an idyllic atmosphere.

The nearest beach is 3 km away, the wide and long sandy beach of Falasarna is about 7 km from the accommodation and the port of Kissamos/Kasteli can be reached after about 6 km.
