The main entrance is on the first floor, which consists of a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area, two living rooms, a bedroom and a bathroom. A staircase leads you to the second floor with the three airy bedrooms. Two of them share a bathroom, while the other has its own bathroom. The master bedroom on the top floor has its own bathroom and workout equipment.
Outside, the grounds seem to be a paradise (800 sqm plot)! The private pool (25 sqm, 1.40 m deep) is the perfect place to enjoy the magnificent sea view. There is a covered dining area with a pergola complete with barbecue, ideal for those who want to dine with a view of the surroundings. The garden furniture invites you to relax and what better way to end the day than with a unique sunset.

Kastelli is a small town in Kissamos prefecture in the western part of Crete, 40 km west of Chania town. Well organized with all the facilities you need from a town like supermarkets, cafes, banks, etc. There are many traditional restaurants where you can taste the local Cretan cuisine.
With its unique location, Kastelli is the ideal destination to explore the western part of Crete with its warm hospitality, beautiful sandy beaches and unique natural beauty. Kissamos is famous for its magnificent sandy beaches. In the immediate vicinity are three of the most incredible beaches of Crete such as Balos Lagoon, Elafonisi and Falassarna.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 50% of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 61 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental cost. If a reservation is cancelled less than 31 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Mega-Woche in Kissamos
Dieser Urlaub wird uns lange positiv in Erinnerung bleiben. Alles hat perfekt gepasst, die Flüge von und nach Zürich, der von Fam. Kirmaier vermittelte Leihwagen für unsere 5-köpfige Familie, und natürlich die beiden Villen. Wir waren eine Woche im Süden und eine Woche im Westen. In der zweiten Woche war die Villa Anemeli unsere Homebase. Schöne Villa, schöner Garten und grosser Pool. Kurz: Kinder happy, Eltern happy. Gastgeber Michalis hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns mit top Insider-Tips bezüglich Ausflugszielen in der Region und lokalen Bars und Restaurants versorgt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. 1000Dank an Michalis und natürlich auch der Familie Kirmaier, die uns einen perfekten Urlaub organisiert hat.
