Villa Arhontariki can accommodate up to 8 people and features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a games room with a fitness area, and a hammam where you can pamper yourself. The swimming pool, which is heated during cooler periods, is located in a well-kept, lush garden that offers guests a comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing environment.

Villa Arhontariki is built on three levels and has four bedrooms and an additional sleeping option with an extra bed in the bedroom on the 1st floor or wherever desired and space permits.
On the ground floor/pool level, there is a fitness and games room and a spacious seating area with TV. A bathroom with toilet and shower is also available here.
On the middle level, there is a stylish living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a large veranda furnished with a dining table, from which the pool area and garden can be accessed via the outside stairs. There is also a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (1.6 m x 2.0 m) and a marble bathroom with a bathtub.
The wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where there are three further spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x 1.8 m x 2.0 m; 2x 1.4 m x 2.0 m), one of which has an additional sofa bed.

There are also spacious balconies here, furnished with patio furniture and offering magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Two further bathrooms with 1x shower and 1x bathtub can be found here.

A large private swimming pool (40 sqm, 2 m deep) with sea views, sun loungers, and parasols are located in front of the villa, inviting guests to play and relax. A spacious outdoor grill and oven are located next to the house for culinary moments in a private setting. A shower and toilet are available in the outdoor area. Large balconies and verandas on each floor, all equipped with patio furniture, offer fascinating views of the blue sea and the beautiful landscape.
The pretty outdoor area features a colorful garden with lawn, palm trees, lemon trees, bougainvilleas, and many other Mediterranean flowers, with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
