On the ground floor level of the outdoor complex is the pool area with heated pool (pool heating chargeable) (size 45 sqm, depth 1.40 m), an integrated children's pool, the barbecue area, the outdoor lounge area with a bar, a deck with sun loungers, sun beds, an outdoor living room with hammocks and a dining area for up to 12 people. Inside this level is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a tasteful living room with a lounge, a satellite TV "LG curved 65'' and the dining area for 10 guests. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a shared bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, which has a separate entrance. On the 1st floor of the exclusive villa there are three further bedrooms with two double beds and one with two single beds. These bathrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom, which offers unobstructed views of the sea from every corner and invites its guests to relax and sleep in complete privacy. The en-suite bathroom of this room has a shower and a bathtub with hydro-massage. All indoor areas are air-conditioned.
