The exclusive luxury villa Aori with 220 sqm of living space offers a high level of comfort with many amenities, a wonderful view of the sea as well as the mountains and special service of any kind.

The luxury villa stands on a plot of 250 sqm and has a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen area and access to the spacious terrace with infinity pool. Four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms are available in total. One bedroom on the first floor has a 1.60 m wide bed and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. A guest toilet is also available. The second bedroom has a 1.80 m four-poster bed and a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. A large terrace with sun loungers, sofa and panoramic views adjoins the bedroom. The third bedroom which, like the second, is located on the 1st floor, offers two single beds (convertible into a king-size bed) and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower and access to the private balcony with seating set and sea view. On the second floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer.... can be found. The fourth bedroom on the 2nd floor with a 1.80 m bed and bathroom with a hydro massage shower has a private balcony with a seating set and a Jacuzzi. The bedrooms are equipped with luxury SIMMONS mattresses and luxury linens and bedding, as well as blackout curtains and blinds to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
The open plan living room with a fireplace offers a fully equipped modern kitchen for 8 people, an Illy espresso machine (complimentary 21 capsules), large panoramic doors with shaded lounge terrace and open direct access to the pool area. The large furnished balconies offer spectacular views of the sea and the White Mountains.

The outdoor area impresses with its spacious private luxury infinity pool (9 x 5.5 meters) with children's pool and the well-equipped terrace area. One of the balconies offers a Jacuzzi with views of the coast.Apple TV is available upon request and an iPad Mini is available for your entire stay (preloaded with useful information). Other amenities include wireless music system with docking station, Free Greek mobile SIM card, Free Wi- Fi in all rooms and a safe with space for a laptop.
