The luxurious and fully equipped facilities of Villa Kronos offer everything you need during your stay in Chania. Swim in the refreshing water of our pool, prepare a small party near the barbecue area or just relax in the hammam and let the pure natural beauty of the place rejuvenate you.
Luxury Villa Kronos offers a modern fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area and adjacent living room with TV 42 LED plus USB port, sound system and Bluetooth, which with its large glass fronts offers a view of the Aegean Sea and gives access to the furnished terrace and pool area.
On the ground floor there are also three comfortable bedrooms with comfortable cocomat mattresses, two of which are equipped with double beds (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and en-suite bathrooms, and the third with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). There is a TV 32 in each of the bedrooms. A third bathroom with hammam cabin is also located on this floor.
The outdoor area offers a furnished and shaded terrace with adjacent pool with hydro massage (60 sqm, 9 m long), sunbathing area, dining and sitting area, outdoor barbecue, hammock, garden and parking space.
There is an alarm system and a surveillance system at the entrance gate. All rooms can be air-conditioned.
Massages can be booked for an extra charge.

The Titans Villas are situated on a hill in the village of Kokkino Chorio, in an idyllic location with a panoramic view of the enchanting sea and the imposing mountains.
Only 30 km from the city of Chania, in the Apokoronas region, you will find Kokkino Chorio.
In Kokkino Chorio you will find everything necessary for the household, traditional taverns and small traditional cafes called "Kafenio" offering local delicacies, a bakery, a minimarket, an ATM and a gas station. In addition, in Kokkino Chorio you will see one of the few glass-blowing factories in Europe, a factory that recycles used glass into works of art. Villa Kronos is located about 500 meters outside the village of Kokkino Chorio where you can find restaurants and a supermarket about 700 meters away. The nearest beach is about 1 km away.

A deposit is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Liebe Frau Kirmaier, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Kronos Titan! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und man hat sich um alles gekümmert und sogar im Vorhinein schon für den Geburtstag unserer Tochter einen Kuchen organisiert. Das Haus ist großartig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne jederzeit wieder! Herzliche Grüße, Familie Mirchandani
Toller Urlaub in der Villa Kronos!
Es war alles bestens. Die Ein- und Ausreise hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Corona - Maßnahmen Vorort waren auch angemessen und kaum spürbar. Die Villa Kronos hat aus unserer Sicht keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Erholung pur in der Villa und wenn man Lust hat, ein Bad im Meer an nicht überfüllten Stränden. Auch die Mietwagenabwicklung hat toll geklappt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank für die reibungslose Abwicklung und alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser besucht, aber die Villa Kronos lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen! Als wir ankamen war der Kühlschrank schon gefüllt und man hatte alles was man so für den Start in den Urlaub braucht! Top! Die Lage ist recht gut, im Vergleich zu unserer Villa letztes Jahr aber etwas mehr abseits, bis man auf der Autostrasse ist dauert es etwas. Ansonsten ist die Lage mit der Aussicht einfach traumhaft, ruhig und die Tavernen und 2 Supermärkte sind wirklich schnell erreichbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der einzige Wehmutstropfen, es war leider unmöglich draussen zu essen wegen der Wespen. Selbst auf Kaffee kamen sie an. Abends sind viele Gelsen, also Mückenspray nicht vergessen. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert wenn auch etwas unkonventionell, wir haben die Vermieterin/Betreuerin nie gesehen ????????♀️. Alles in allem können wir die Villa Kronos auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!
