The living room is equipped with two sofa beds that could accommodate a seventh or eighth guest on request. Audf the living level there is a guest toilet. In addition, there is a bedroom on this floor with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area.
On the first floor are the two other bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and en-suite bathroom and a roof terrace with magnificent sea views, and the second has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be converted into a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony.
The 65 cm thick walls are built of local natural stone and provide natural sound and heat insulation.
The outdoor area impresses with a private swimming pool (45 sqm, up to 1.70 m deep) with children's pool, sun loungers and parasols, dining area, and secure private parking for two cars.

Faidra's Olive Grove is located in the west of the island, 1.5 km outside the small Cretan village of Kontomari and just under 3 km from the coastal town of Maleme. Here you will find the nearest sandy beach, restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping facilities. The well-known as well as lively tourist and coastal town of Platanias with water sports facilities and long sandy beach is located only 6 km from the villa.
The charismatic port city of Chania is only 18 km away and the paradisiacal lagoon of Balos 38 km. Both are certainly worth a trip.
Not to forget the shell beach of Elafonissi, which can be reached after 59 km. This is also a special visitor magnet.

The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
