Villa Daniela was built in 2020, meets high quality standards and offers a private infinity pool (4 m x 10 m), free WiFi, satellite TV, wine and champagne cava and sports activities. Here you can lie under the sun all day long, admire magical sunsets and enjoy romantic nights with moonlight. A wine and champagne cava with a wide selection is also available. The villa is ideal for sportsmen and especially for cyclists or cycling hobbyists. There is a bike rental service (racing bikes, MTBs and e-bikes), training packs for individuals and groups.

The ground floor has a chic living room with dining area and modern equipped kitchen beyond, a bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and another bedroom with a single bed and an extra bed that are pushed together (ca.1.60 m x ca.2.00 m). On the same floor there is an additional spacious bathroom with shower. The interior staircase leads to the gallery of the upper floor, where the third bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) is open to the lower floor. A smaller bathroom with shower is also located on the upper floor.

Villa Daniela is built on the lower slopes of a hill on a 400 square meter plot. The villa is about 150 m above sea level and is only about 1.500 m away from the sea. It offers you large terraces and luxurious pools with endless sea views.

The villa has a private parking space, a large terrace with direct access to the pool, air conditioning and heating. The accommodation also offers free access to the fitness area and of course an unrestricted view of the sea.

Villa Daniela is located in Koutsounari, a small coastal village only 8 km east of Ierapetra and 43 km southeast of Agios Nikolaos. The villa is close to the picturesque village of Agios Ioannis, nestled in the heart of the Thripti Mountains, on a lush green hillside surrounded by many olive and pine trees and overlooks Long Beach on the south coast of Crete, which is only 1 km away.

Within a radius of only 1 km you will find almost everything you need to enjoy your stay at Villa Daniela to the fullest. There are several mini markets for your daily needs, a pharmacy, medical care and several excellent taverns and restaurants by the sea.
