he luxurious Villa Maroulas is a stone house, restored with great care, built in 1426 during the Venetian era. In later times it was used as an olive oil press. It is now privately owned and has been classified as culturally valuable by the archaeological authority together with the village in which it is located.
The 540 sqm luxury house offers every comfort for families or groups of up to 12 people.

The entrance gate leads into a courtyard. The high walls guarantee you peace and privacy, although you are in the heart of the village. Around the private pool are flower pots and elegant garden furniture. Here you can sunbathe and relax or simply lie in the shade of a lemon tree.

The patio style entrance leads to the main living room. In the large room, with a beautiful white marble floor, you will find the kitchen and dining area, a vaulted TV room and an office with modern technology: computer, WIFI, giant screen (3.5 m x 3.5 m), elevated projector controlled by the computer, telephone, fax, television, video with recording facilities, stereo, CD-DVD. The dining area is spacious and there is also room for the children to play. The kitchen is fully equipped and has, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator with special equipment for medicinal water, etc.
The additional fifth bedroom is also located on this side of the building.

Bedroom 4 (also on the 1st floor): It has two-storey beds and a double bed. Guests share the bathroom with the inhabitants of bedroom 3. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and hairdryer.
Bedroom 5 (on the ground floor): Has a double bed, its own shower and toilet.
There is also a large terrace on the first floor of the building, where you will find deckchairs, chairs, tables, etc., in a few words: all the luxury you need for your comfort.
