Furnished with great attention to detail, the villa has comfortable furnishings in an antique country style.
It offers three bedrooms and a sleeping gallery with two sofa beds and thus sleeping facilities for up to 8 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 contains another French bed (1.40 m x 2 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and for two more persons an open gallery above the living room offers two sofa beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). There is also a shared bathroom with a WC and a bathtub with Jacuzzi.
The cosy living area with brick open fireplace and the dining area with seating for 8 people, which is about 4 steps below the level of the bedrooms, is somewhat separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a natural stone arch. From here you reach the well-furnished terrace and the lush private garden.

The outdoor area convinces with a furnished open veranda and a private swimming pool of 55 sqm with hydro massage (1.60 m deep) as well as generous sunbathing area in the flowered garden offering a lot of privacy. A brick outdoor barbecue provides an opportunity for cosy barbecues with family and friends.

Villa Petra Amanda is situated in a very quiet and private location on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Maza on a large plot surrounded by olive groves, about 30 minutes drive from the city of Chania.
Within 5 km you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Georgioupolis.
In the village there are two tavernas within 200 - 500 metres. The next bigger village Vryses is 3 kilometres away and offers more tavernas, supermarket and butcher.
