Villa Petra Amanda is located in a very quiet and private location on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Maza on a large plot surrounded by olive groves, which is about 30 minutes drive from the city of Chania.
Within 5 km you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Georgioupolis.
In the village there are two taverns within 200 - 500 meters. The next larger village Vryses is 3 kilometers away and offers more taverns, supermarket and butcher.
The villa has the license of the Greek Tourism Authority with the number 1355793.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid on site upon arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due shortly before arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 6 weeks before arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a booking is canceled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
