Epavli Villa is a luxurious seaside villa built on a 3000 sqm hill, just a few metres from the turquoise waters of the Heraklion Gulf. It has five en-suite bedrooms including a SPA inspired master bedroom, all-round balcony with stunning sea views, private gym, heatable infinity pool, private sea access and apartment with an additional bedroom. The villa offers stunning sea views.

On the ground floor Villa Epavlis offers a living room with exclusive design and modern leather sofas, open to the kitchen with dining area. The large window front offers a fantastic view of the sea and access to the terrace and pool area. On the same floor there is a luxurious and comfortable bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with SPA area. An additional toilet is also available on this level.
In the upper floor, which can be reached by the internal stairs, there are four further bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. <
The sixth bedroom with bathroom is located in a separate apartment with separate entrance, which is under the pool area and also offers fantastic sea views.
The outdoor area has an exceptionally long infinity pool, which is also ideal for swimmers. Spacious sunbathing areas, a sun deck with lounge and an outdoor kitchen with a brick outdoor grill and oven as well as a large, shaded dining area are also available.
From the 2027 season onwards, guests will have access to a heated jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna.

Villa Epavli is located 3,5 km from the nearest village Palaiokastro, where you can also find the nearest supermarket, and 7 km from Agia Pelagia. The nearest tavern is only 1,5 km away.The nearest beach (pebble, stone) is only 300 meters away. Sandy beaches are only a few minutes drive away.
