CAYO's luxurious 3-storey villas are located at the top of the resort. They are flooded with natural light and offer unobstructed, spectacular views of the ever calm, crystal clear blue waters and the small island of Spinalonga.
Enjoy the spacious 40 sqm private furnished outdoor area and a 16 sqm heated freshwater swimming pool. The spacious bedrooms with sea views, king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms offer a relaxing atmosphere and are the ideal place to unwind.
Fitness equipment is available on the lower level for your daily workout. The lower level of the villa has a double sofa bed, a separate bathroom and a home cinema with a 55-inch smart T.V. The interior offers: 1st floor 30 sqm, ground floor 45 sqm, basement 45 sqm.

Cayo has two large swimming pools (188 sqm and 160 sqm). Each has its own beautifully decorated area and lovely sunbeds and parasols. Guests at Cayo can enjoy a day by the water, with magnificent views of the small island of Spinalonga and the surrounding hills.
