The luxury villa is the ideal place to find moments of rest and relaxation. Luxurious and modern design awaits you as our guest and offers you a view of the pool, the garden and the majestic bay of Mirabelo, which is simply breathtaking.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area furnished with designer pieces by Roda and B&B. There is direct access to the pool and garden area through floor-to-ceiling windows and unobstructed sea views from every corner of this level. The fully equipped kitchen with Gaggenau electrical appliances and a teak dining table offers everything you might need during your stay. The stylishly furnished bathroom has a shower and a marble mosaic. On the upper level, guests will find peace and quiet in three double rooms, each with its own character and décor; they all offer beautiful views of the bay and lush countryside not only from the verandas but also from the beds. Two of the comfortable bedrooms have double beds measuring 1.70 m x 2.00 m, the third has a double bed measuring 1.50 m x 2.00 m. In addition, the bedrooms are equipped with TV and a useful mini-bookcase. The main bathroom on the same floor includes a hydromassage tub for ultra-relaxing moments. The villa is cleaned daily, except Sundays.

The outdoor area offers an 8.5m x 4m infinity swimming pool, from where you can enjoy a gigantic view over the bay of Elounda and the island of Spinelonga. The adjoining sunbathing area and the furnished terrace are perfectly equipped. There is also an outdoor shower and an enchanting BBQ area with a rustic teak dining table. The rock garden with aromatic herbs rounds off the atmospheric ambience.

About the location:

The Villa is located only about 1.3 kilometers from the nearest beach and 1.2 kilometers outside the Cretan village of Plaka, where tavernas and mini-markets are located. The tourist coastal town of Elounda is 6.5 kilometres away, where many activities are possible.   Various shops, nightlife can be found in Elounda. The beaches in Elounda are perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Because the bay of Elounda is very protected from the open sea, there are almost never higher waves. Most of the time the water is calm like in a bathing lake. Since some beaches are shallow, these beaches are also suitable for a beach holiday with children. Popular is for example the beach next to the dam to the peninsula Elounda. It has been awarded the "Blue Flag" several times for a particularly clean beach. Possibilities for boat tours, yacht rental with skipper, water skiing ... are offered on site.
