Like a time ship cutting through the vastness of time, the villa embodies modern technologies based on the classical and modern canons of Greek island architecture - the power and beauty of natural materials. The color solutions in the design, the choice of materials and the laconic style were inspired by the colors of the surroundings of the nature reserve of Plakias.

Accommodation

The villa building consists of three separate three-storey residences (Alfa home, Vita home, Gamma home) connected by an outdoor area that allows comfortable living and spending time for family members of different ages, with different interests and rhythms of life.

The Vita home residence is also designed and equipped for living with people with musculoskeletal difficulties.
5 bedrooms with beds of 90x200 cm that can be combined into a double bed of 180x200 cm and one bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 cm.

Additional sleeping places +2 (The Vita home salon can be used for 2 additional sleeping places with one or two 80x190 cm beds.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
The total number of bathrooms in the house with hydromassage shower is 7, two of which are en-suite.
In the basement of the Alfa home residence of the villa there is a children's playroom with a guest toilet.

Alfa home is a two-story segment of the villa with the main fully equipped kitchen and the post salon on the first floor and a children's playroom in the basement.
There is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, a bathroom in the basement and a bedroom and bathroom en-suite on the second floor.

Vita home is a one-story residence of the villa with a salon and a small kitchen, equipped for small snacks and coffee time. In this part of the villa there is one bedroom and one bathroom. The rooms are suitable for living with people with musculoskeletal problems. The lounge can be used as an additional sleeping area for 2 people.

Gamma home is a two-storey segment of the villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a small kitchen equipped for small snacks and coffee time.
In this residence of the villa, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a bathroom in the basement. On the second floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area (400 sqm) with two private pools - presents itself in the style of a two-storey deck of a sea steamer, from which breathtaking sea and mountain landscapes open up. The view plunges into the horizon of the sky and the sea, taking your thoughts far away from everyday life, worries and hectic and immersing you in an atmosphere that offers you peace, relaxation and unforgettable rest in the company of your loved ones.

On the upper level, on the second floor of the villa, there is a 30 m² aquamassage pool divided into three parts, with a depth of 50 cm in the small pools and a depth of 1 m in the main pool with massage elements (counter-current system, Cobra-Jet massage, massage jets). This pool has a water heating function (on request for an extra charge of 50 euros per day).
