Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs and the fourth downstairs. The two bathrooms are also on the upper floor and the guest toilet on the ground floor.

The villa is located only 2 minutes by car from the sea coast and 2 small beaches - the small bay of Fotinari and the beach of Fotinari, which are known for their unique microclimate.
The nearest village is Sellia, 1.9 km away, where there are tavernas and a supermarket. The tourist coastal town of Plakias is 6 km away, where there are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and also opportunities for souvenir and other shopping. Water sports facilities can also be found there.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 80% of the rental cost is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 31 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation is made between 30 and 5 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of no-show, 100% will be retained.
