Sissy luxury villa with private and large swimming pool in the heart of Platanias, just 50 meters from the beach, stands on a plot of 800 sqm.

Covering an area of 300 sqm, the charming villa offers four beautiful, spacious bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds, which can also be used as twin beds, four en-suite bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people.

On the first floor there is a modern kitchen, a practical dining room and a cozy and very tasteful living room. On the same floor there is a stylish bedroom with a super double bed, en-suite bathroom and an additional WC. The upper floor consists of three further bedrooms with large balconies offering sea and mountain views. On the roof, a beautiful roof garden has been created with stunning views of Platanias and the endless sea.

The outdoor area is mostly covered by a large heated swimming pool of 105 sqm (1.50 deep), which offers two levels for adults and children, as well as a Jacuzzi. One of them is suitable for small children. A living room and an outdoor dining room surround the building. There is also a large gas barbecue next to the outdoor dining area and two swings for children in the garden.

Villa Sissy also has a mini gym with a multi-purpose fitness machine and a treadmill.

The beach is just a few steps away from the villa. The villa is located in the center of Platanias, but at the same time in a quiet place. There is also a tennis and padel court opposite the villa.

The location of Platanias is touristy with many diversions for the whole family or for couples and also only 10 km from the picturesque harbor town of Chania, which is worth a visit with its charismatic old town. It is also a good starting point for the dream beaches of western Crete such as Falasarna, Balos and Elafonissi.

In Platanias you will find a lot of restaurants close to the villa, as well as stores, supermarket, activities, bars, bus/taxi station and everything you need for a relaxing but also active vacation.
