Villa Zentih with private pool and fantastic views of the Aegean Sea, offers up to 8 people a lot of luxury and comfort for an unforgettable holiday on the culturally rich island of Crete and is located on a 10 hectare plot.
The chic villa with a selected design has a spacious living room with open plan dining area and modern kitchen on the ground floor. The living area offers views and access to the private swimming pool with sea views through the large glass door. Villa Onar offers its guests four very comfortable and elegant bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The first of these is on the ground floor with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and two more on the first floor, one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds. The two bedrooms on the first floor each have a private balcony. The fourth very comfortable bedroom is on the 2nd floor. All rooms are of course air-conditioned.
The outdoor area offers a private 45 square meter (1.50 meter deep) heated swimming pool with adjacent spacious sunbathing areas. In addition, a Jacuzzi and an outdoor barbecue are available to guests. The shaded pergola terrace is equipped with a dining area for relaxing hours by the house. There is also a large garden with parking spaces on site.
About the location:
Villa Zentih is located about 1000 m outside the village of Prines on a 10 hectare private property surrounded by oaks and Mediterranean trees and plants and offers a magnificent sea view. Villa Onar is also located on this large plot, but it was built independently from Villa Zenith. This means that the garden and pool are private and separate for each villa.
Restaurants and supermarket are also about 1000 meters away from the villas. The next sandy beach Gerani is about 3 km away.
In only 5 km distance is the worth seeing harbour town Rethymno with its charismatic old town, which is waiting for your visit.
The villa has the license of the Greek Tourism Authority with the number 1130764.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is payable immediately to confirm the booking. The payment of the remaining 80% of the rental costs is due 42 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 28 days before arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, der Pool, die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist für 8 Personen (wir waren nur zu 6) zu klein und der Kühlschrank kommt leider auch nicht mit dem Kühlen hinterher. Besteck könnte auch etwas aufgestockt werden. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Kleines Paradies
Sehr ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Pool und Außenanlage ein Traum! Stella und die Eltern kümmern sich herzlich und professionell. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager) waren begeistert!

A very nice stay...
We had a very nice stay at Villa Onar. In fact we stayed in villa Zenith because the AC was under repair in villa Onar. The view from villa Zenith was even more beautifull compared to the view from villa Onar. In one word: fantastic. The villa itself was also very nice. 4 perfect bedrooms with annex bathroom and a comfortable living room. The kitchen equipment could be a bit more extensive, especially if you are a partie of 8. Last but not least the owner Manolis was very friendly and helpful. He arranged a private taxi for us to bring us and pick us up after we did the gorge of Samaria.
