The villa offers an exceptional outdoor experience with a heated infinity pool that seems to merge with the horizon and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Several terraces are spread across the extensive grounds, as well as shaded seating areas, including a stylish outdoor lounge and a covered dining area under a pergola. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ and Ooni pizza oven is located right next to the large outdoor dining table with seating for up to 14 people. For quiet moments, private balconies overlooking the bay are available; each room has its own outdoor area with garden furniture. A private path carved into the rock leads directly to a small pebble beach, which allows comfortable access to the sea via a metal walkway. Complementing the outdoor area is a yoga deck with mini amphitheater and spectacular views over the bay, ideal for wellness sessions, group gatherings, sundowners or special occasions. A relaxed stopover with a mini-bar and kitchenette is perfect for snacks, light meals or sunset barbecues. Away from the main house, a quiet retreat with hammock and loungers invites you to read, relax and unwind surrounded by nature. Comfort and safety are provided by a private parking space with an electric metal gate, which can accommodate two to three vehicles.

On the ground floor of the villa there are several spacious living and functional areas. Bedroom 1 is furnished with two single beds and a sofa bed and has an en-suite bathroom with hammam and shower and garden views. Bedroom 2 is designed as a studio and offers a king size bed, a children's platform bed, a kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, an outdoor shower, a private terrace and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has a generous cooking island for quick meals and comfortable meal preparation. The stylish dining area with a large round table creates a special shared dining experience, while the elegant living room with sea views and spacious sofas invites you to relax. The ground floor is complemented by a cozy family room with a large TV and gaming station, a private gym with a safe for personal belongings, and a convenient laundry and service room for longer stays. Step-free, barrier-free access via a platform near the washroom allows assisted access to the interior of the ground floor. In addition, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and Ooni pizza oven as well as the heated infinity pool are located here.

On the first floor there are further bedrooms with sea views. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and additional outdoor shower, a walk-in closet as well as a private terrace. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are each equipped with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, wardrobe, shared terrace and sea views. Bedroom 6 offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, a wardrobe, access to the shared terrace and also sea views.

About the location:

Villa Bliss is located about 2 km from the picturesque village of Ravdoucha. It is located on the edge of a steep slope, 25 km west of Chania and about 10 km from the tourist town of Kolimbari, where there are shops and restaurants. The nearest tavern is located about 550 m from Villa Bliss. The scenery is beautiful with Ravdoucha on a green hill overlooking the bay of Kissamos, surrounded by high mountains, wild cliffs and large forests that form a stunning and dramatic landscape. The coast of Ravdoucha is located just below the village and can be reached by a road about two kilometers long. At the end of the route, there are two signs indicating the way to the beach from two different directions. The beach on the left is the most scenic, but neither of these two beaches is organized. Near the coast of Ravdoucha, visitors will see the picturesque chapel of Agios Onoufrios, built into the rock and worth a visit as a cave-like church. Organized beaches can be found in Kolimbari.
