Villa Octo is an exclusive country style villa, built with environmentally friendly materials, with beautiful sea views over the private infinity pool.

The luxurious villa is situated on a 1000 sqm plot, consists of two floors plus an additional area for hamam in the separate basement and is perfectly equipped for up to 6 guests. On the first floor you will find the luxurious living and kitchen area with hand-selected, stylish sofas and custom-made furniture for a special feel-good living. Free wireless internet is provided in the rooms along with a tablet, music set, DVD player and satellite TV to meet all needs. The kitchen is fully equipped so that even the "cooking professionals" among the guests will find everything they need.
On the second floor is the master bedroom (bed size 2.00 m x 1.80 m) with a bathroom with a spacious whirlpool bath, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea through the window with a glass of wine. Its main feature is the breathtaking view of the horizon and the sea from every corner of the bedroom and the access to the balcony in front of it. Two more bedrooms (bed size 2 m x 0.85 m, set as a double bed), individually designed and furnished, offer comfort and allow a healthy sleep. They share a large bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with anatomical mattresses and bedding made of CocoMat natural latex to provide the ultimate sleeping experience.
The outdoor area of the villa consists of a beautiful garden with natural stone walls, an open kitchen, a large barbecue area and dining area. The unique element, however, is the beautiful private infinity pool (50 sqm, 1.1 m - 2 m deep) with hydro massage (whirlpool) to complement the well-being and relaxation. The private hamam in a separate area next to the pool will complete the overwhelming experience. The well-equipped outdoor area is a special place of pleasure.
An outdoor shower and an extra toilet is also available separately. There is also a private, secure parking area with remote controlled entrance gate.

Additional Service (fee required): For additional personal relaxation, body massage sessions or yoga & Pilates sessions as well as personal animations are available for all guests. If desired, a yacht or boat can be booked to explore the beaches of Crete, or a tour guide can be hired to help explore the island and its treasures.

The exclusive Villa Octo is located about 5 kilometers outside the traditional village of Rodia, where a bakery and a tavern are located, and 7 kilometers outside the coastal village of Agia Pelagia, where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. The closest beaches are Lygra Beach and Ammoudara, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car (about 5 kilometers away) and where you will also find other restaurants.
Villa Octo is located near the port of Heraklion, the capital of the island, in a bay overlooking the Aegean Sea and the city.
Furthermore, the beach under the house is only 100 meters away and can be reached by foot.
