Furthermore, the villa has four bedrooms, each with a double bed (high quality coco-mat mattresses measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m + 1.80 m x 2.00 m + 1.60 m x 2.00 m + 1.60 m x 2.00 m), a bedroom with a single bed, four large bathrooms and a bright and beautifully designed gallery with a sofa that converts into a double bed. Just let the expressive photos take effect on you!

The outdoor area includes three dining tables under shady bamboo pergolas, four BBQs and a wonderful traditional stone oven. The garden is also enlivened by Cretan terracotta pots full of geraniums as well as the lush green of the garden, but hovering above it all - the location with unique sea views! Last but not least, the exclusive Villa Vollard offers spacious outdoor facilities with a private swimming pool (11 metres long; 1.5 metres deep), ideal for swimming laps. For additional relaxation, an outdoor Jacuzzi for four people is available! Private parking spaces are of course available.

The wonderful Villa Vollard is situated 15 kilometres from the coastal town of Agia Pelagia with many diversions, shopping and water sports facilities and about 2.5 kilometres outside the Cretan village of Rodia, where you will find taverns with traditional food and Aunt Emma shops. In the tourist village Ammudara, which is 8 kilometres away, there are also several restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The nearest beach Pantanassa is 1800 meters from the villa. At the port of Pantanassa you can find fish taverns!
