With an area of 106 sqm, embraced by stones of the famous Gortyna marble, whose name comes from the ancient culture of Gortyna, which together with Phaistos are the largest ancient cultures that developed in the wider area and worldwide. The NIKI VILLA is located on a private plot of about 900 sqm, whose configuration offers absolute privacy.

The impressive architecture and the modern furnishings of the 40 sqm living room-kitchen with the huge windows overlooking Psiloritis and the Messara Valley give a unique feeling of luxury and well-being. The location of the villas is just outside the village of Sivas in the municipality of Phaistos south of Heraklion Crete, about 8 kilometers from the town of Moira, which is the center of the region, facing northeast, with a unique view of the highest mountain of Crete, Psiloritis and the beautiful valley of Mesara. It dominates a slope surrounded by olive groves at an altitude of about 150 meters, in a place with ideal climatic conditions suitable for a vacation all year round, since the sunshine is one of the best in Europe. The village of Sivas is especially known for its hospitable inhabitants, its typical Venetian architectural square (surrounded by taverns famous for the quality of their food) and finally for its great traditional Cretan festivals. The location of the villas is in the southernmost part of the prefecture of Heraklion, making it an ideal starting point for many vacation destinations.

Cozy taverns, restaurants and cafes, as well as mini markets can be found in the traditional village of Sivas.

At a distance of approx. 6 km is the internationally known beach of the hippies Matala, at a distance of approx. 5 km the impressive long sandy beach of Kommos, also known as the ancient ore port, at a distance of approx. 4 km the huge long beach of Kalamaki, known among lovers of food and kite surfing, at approx. 3 km away the enormously important archaeological site of Phaistos and the archaeological site of Agia Triada, at about 2 km away the picturesque village of Kamilarios and at about 1 km away the tourist village.
