View Villa is the ideal villa for absolute holiday relaxation for 4 to 6 guests. Just outside of a traditional village in Crete, surrounded by olive trees and herbs, the view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset will sweeten your holiday.

This beautiful country style villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which is open to the invitingly furnished living room. There is a large sofa bed for a possible fifth or sixth guest, as well as a Swedish stove for the cooler travel season and satellite TV (plus smart TV). The patio door leads to the furnished outdoor terrace and to the pool and spa area of the villa, which also offers wonderful sea views. Also on the ground floor is one of the two elegant bedrooms, which has a very comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a large en-suite bathroom with spa shower. The second bedroom with two comfortable beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and en-suite bathroom with shower (hydro massage) and TV can be reached via the internal staircase. The upper floor also provides access to the veranda with a magnificent view of the coast, the blue shimmering sea and the fantastic sunsets.
In addition to the private infinity pool of 55 sqm (chlorine-free!), the outdoor area also offers a spa & children's pool, a gas BBQ with adjacent large and shaded dining area and a large playground for children. Private parking spaces are also available on the 500 sqm property.
 
About the location:
View Villa is located about 1500 meters outside the village of Skouloufia, where you can find a tavern and a mini market. A supermarket with a larger selection is about 5 kilometers away. The nearest sandy beach is about 9 kilometers from Villa Aegean Sunset. The worth seeing port city of Rethymnon, which is only 17 kilometres away, offers as a contrast to the quiet location of the villa, a lot of diversion and cultural sites worth seeing.
