The design and amenities of the villa are exceptional and ready to provide you with an unforgettable vacation. The stylish and spacious villa covers 320 sqm and two floors. When you enter the villa, on the left side you will find the dining room, which offers a view of the Cretan Sea. You will take your meals while admiring the endless blue and majestic colors of the sunset. Next to the dining room is a pool table where you can have fun.

Living area: on the right side of the second floor (pool level) you will find a cozy living room area equipped with a TV and other electronics, such as a PlayStation, so you will really feel at home here. The 6-seater sofa and the overall look of the room will definitely make you relax. From here, direct access to the terrace including the pool area is available through the large patio doors.

Kitchen: The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped and at your disposal at any time. Kitchen utensils and various appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) are at your disposal.

Office: for those who are traveling but still need a desk, there is a separate spacious office equipped with a computer and a printer. This will become your favorite reading corner and playroom, as a selection of books and games are ready for you.

Bedrooms: via the interior staircase you will reach the bedrooms on the first floor. Here you will find the master bedroom (50 sqm), which is equipped with a double bed (king-size), air conditioning, a separate closet space and a private bathroom with hamam. It also has a private balcony, overlooking the sea. There is another large bedroom (25 sqm) with a double bed (queen-size) and a private bathroom, and two other smaller bedrooms (20 sqm each), both with double beds (queen-size). These share a separate third bathroom. All bedrooms are very spacious and cozy and are each equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a closet as well as a desk. Please note that all beds, mattresses and and pillows are of COCO-MAT brand, which guarantees the highest quality. On request, the double beds in two of the bedrooms can be transformed into two single beds. In case you travel with a baby, a baby crib is also available.

Outdoor areas: they represent the epicenter of life in the summer months and are designed accordingly, totaling 1200 square meters of outdoor space. In addition to the carefully maintained gardens around the house, you will find a large swimming pool (45 sqm, 1.5 m deep) positioned to ensure absolute privacy. In the pool area you will find a terrace with comfortable garden furniture, 8 sun loungers and 2 handmade umbrellas made of tropical palm leaves, where you can relax during the day or enjoy your drink in the evening. An outdoor shower is available, as well as an outdoor barbecue area. There is a designated area for children to play, equipped with garden toys.

Extras: since staying in this villa is much more than just staying in a simple cottage, you will be surprised to find a private gym that is always available for free. A washer and dryer room is also available for your use. Events are not allowed in this property.

The beach is 1200 meters away and can be reached in only 2 minutes by car. There you can enjoy your sun and sea bath or visit one of the many beach bars.

The charismatic port city of Rethymno, full of activities, its lively nightlife and historical sites, is only 10 km away. A rental car is highly recommended as it will help you explore and see more of the island's beauties. Velvet Breeze is easily and very quickly accessible from the northern national road that connects all four major cities, seaports and airports of Crete.
