Built halfway to the sea and accessible by stairs, the "dream area" is specially designed for sea lovers who want to relax near the sea and enjoy the gentle sound of the waves.

Outdoor dining area and terraces
The main terrace, just outside the living room and kitchen, has a designer dining table where you can enjoy both a lovely breakfast in the sun and a perfect dinner at sunset.
On the outdoor furniture right next to the dining area or on the second terrace, located on the second floor, you can relax, chat or read a good book.
Sun loungers are available in the area near the pool, the upstairs terrace and the "dream area" by the sea.

Main living room
This living room is located on the pool level and has direct access to the main terrace and outdoor covered dining area. It features a designer dining table and sofas, as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite pay channels, 60 DVDs and a Bose sound system.

This master bedroom offers direct access to the pool area and features a large stone wall leading to a spa shower. The double bed has a high quality Dunlopillo mattress (160*210*21 cm).

This exclusive master bedroom is located right by the sea on the second floor. It has access to a large terrace and offers a double bed with a high-quality Dunlopillo mattress (170*200*21 cm) and designer bathtub.

This sea view bedroom also offers a fantastic sea view and access to the terrace on the upper floor. It features a spa shower separated from the room by a glass block wall. At night, the illuminated designer bedside tables create a unique look. It has 2 beds with high quality Morpheus mattresses (90*200 cm).

Master bedroom with sea view and jet shower
This master bedroom offers a unique view of the sea, the wild landscape and the "white mountains" on the horizon. However, it gets its uniqueness from the snail-shaped wellness shower with 6 jets. The double bed has a high-quality Morpheus mattress (160*200 cm).

Living room on the upper floor directly by the sea
The second living room is located on the second floor and offers a fantastic sea view thanks to the large bay windows. It has a flat screen TV with Playstation 3 and 20 games of any kind, as well as a designer library with English, French and German books. The room can be completely closed by a solid wooden sliding door to be used as a real fifth bedroom with 2 high-quality sofa beds.

Independent bathroom
Although each bedroom has its own bath or shower and stylish Corian sink, a detached bathroom offers guests an additional bathtub, shower, toilet and Corian sink. This bathroom can be used, for example, if the second living room is used as a bedroom, as it is located right next to the living room.

Another separate toilet is also located on the pool level.

The detached villa spreads on a plot of 4500 sqm, is located directly in the first row on the sea and enjoys complete privacy from the villas in the second row.

Towards the sea side, the landscape has been voluntarily left untouched to allow a complete symbiosis with nature. A lawn at the back of the house allows to rest in the shade.
