The villa offers the necessary luxury and privacy to enjoy your much-needed vacation. Yet, it offers easy access to many beautiful beaches in the north of Crete. The villa is located in the small village of Vrachasi, at a distance of 7 km from the nearest beach and the coastal village of Sisi, where restaurants, cafes and more shopping facilities are available. A traditional Cretan tavern is only 300 meters from the villa and the nearest supermarket can be found in 5 km.
For more tourist diversion, tourist places like Malia are located in 14 km, the picturesque port town of Agios Nikolaos in 21 km, the coastal town of Elounda with the island of Spinalonga located in front of it in 24 km. The worth seeing harbor town Heraklion with the charismatic old town as well as a national museum... can be reached in 50 km and the Mynoic archaeological site Knossos in 55 km.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Wie ein Zuhause auf Kreta.
Es waren fantastische vier Wochen, die wir in diesem äußerst gepflegten Haus verbringen durften. Über uns Adler, Gänsegeier, um uns herum Ziegen und Schafe, die Berge und das Meer. Es war herrlich entspannend. Wenn es mal ein Problem gab, wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert geholfen. Sofia und Manolis wunderbare liebe Menschen. Man fühlte sich wirklich wie zu Hause. Die Badezimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet, technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Der Pool, die Küche, der Grill alles erstklassig. Durch die Lage weht immer ein leichter Wind, dadurch kann man auch heisse Tage problemlos zu Hause verbringen. Das kleine Dorf um die Ecke mit seinen leckeren und sympathischen Tavernen, das wird uns alles sehr fehlen. Danke!!!!
