The villa is located in the small village of Vrachasi, at a distance of 7 km from the nearest beach and the coastal village of Sisi, where restaurants, cafes and more shopping facilities are available. A traditional Cretan tavern is only 300 meters from the villa and the nearest supermarket can be found in 5 km.
For more tourist diversion, tourist places like Malia are located in 14 km, the picturesque port town of Agios Nikolaos in 21 km, the coastal town of Elounda with the island of Spinalonga located in front of it in 24 km. The worth seeing harbor town Heraklion with the charismatic old town as well as a national museum... can be reached in 50 km and the Mynoic archaeological site Knossos in 55 km.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 21 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
