On the ground floor of Villa Rouga there are two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzis. Both have access to their own private terraces near the pool. The ground floor also offers a small kitchen and a cellar where the wines produced by the owners are stored. On the same level there is a gym with a treadmill, a bicycle home trainer, a weight bench and a sauna.
A beautiful sea view, an open living room with a fireplace and Smart-Sat-TV is waiting for you on the first upper floor. Also available on this floor is a modern equipped kitchen with a wooden dining table in retro-modern ambience, a refrigerator, a microwave, an espresso machine and all kitchen utensils. From the living room you can reach the veranda with a large dining table and panoramic views of the countryside and the sea. WLAN is available everywhere.
A wooden staircase leads to another bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with shower and whirlpool. On the top floor of the luxury villa is the master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a large terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi for four people and fantastic panoramic views!
Villa Rouga has been equipped with a 52 sqm pool with a salt water based filter system (chlorine-free), which is kind to the skin and eyes. The surrounding garden offers generous sunbathing areas in the shade or in the sun. A spacious BBQ area with a large dining table is also available here for cosy hours at the house.

Villa Rouga offers a special holiday experience as it is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby villages of Almirida, Kalives, Obrosgialos and Kera, where you can find beaches with clear blue water, excellent restaurants and, if desired, some nightlife.
