The three villas have many similarities in their design, but each also has some unique features. Externally, the dominant color of their architecture is white, which is combined with metal elements and wooden surfaces.

All the interiors of the three luxurious homes, from the most personal bedrooms and bathrooms to the communal dining areas, are designed in a distinctive style, with a selection of decorative elements befitting a summer residence and offering all modern comforts.

Each residence has a private garden with direct access from the first floor, which spreads out in front of the houses and extends to the vicinity of the rocky beach. Just a few steps away from the terraces is the private infinity pool, which is surrounded by greenery and invites you to relax and play.

Flowering plants harmoniously separate the three houses, offering our guests privacy and guaranteeing relaxation and tranquillity.

Villa 2

Villa 2 is a south-west facing 3-storey villa of 145 square meters, built higher than the other two. This spacious villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It also has a private infinity pool of 80 cubic meters in volume.

The semi-basement is kept cool in the summer months and is sufficiently lit with natural light through two large glass windows that open onto a small personal garden.

The first floor is a single space and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with television. Additional relaxing and dining areas are available on the terraces under a covered pergola that surrounds the house.

The first floor consists of a separate, spacious suite and a four-panel glazing that runs the entire length of the balcony. From there, the horizon opens up to reveal the Toronic Gulf with the island of Kelyfos in the foreground, the Kassandra peninsula and, in the far west, the peaks of Mount Olympus.

Breakfast service and additional services (such as shopping or other) can be booked to make your stay as relaxed as possible.

The private, 15-meter-long rocky beach, located directly in front of Luria Homes Resort, will meet all your expectations. It is only accessible to our guests, creating a sense of privacy that is so valuable for ultimate relaxation.

The villas are situated in a very convenient location, on a small peninsula jutting out into the Aegean Sea between the town of Nikiti and the town of Neos Marmaras on the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki, Greece. It is the perfect place for those seeking privacy but also some social life in nearby Nikiti or Neos Marmaras, which are full of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars and a variety of stores. Sithonia is part of the Halkidiki peninsula, which consists of three parts: Kassandra, Sithonia and Mount Athos. Sithonia forms the middle part, which is known for its mountainous landscape and numerous sandy beaches with some of the clearest waters in the world. The most popular beaches are Kavourotrypes, Karydi and Kalamitsi on the east side and Agios Ioannis, Kastri, Kalogria and Toroni on the west side. The main villages are Nikiti, Neos Marmaras, Toroni to the west and Ormos Panagias, Vourvourou, Sarti, Sykia and Kalamitsi to the east, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and a variety of stores. Some of the places you should visit in Sithonia are the over 700 year old old town of Nikiti with its beautiful restored stone houses.
