The house is located above the bay of Paleros, with a breathtaking view of the city of Paleros and the Small Ionian Islands, the city, with a variety of bars and restaurants along with the warm sandy beaches within walking distance. The stunning color of the Ionian Sea, perfectly complemented by the lush colors of the Acarnian Mountains, offers a unique experience that will be remembered.
The villa consists of two parts: the master bedroom, the kitchen and the living room, as well as two additional guest bedrooms separated from the villa by a covered outdoor area, making it a perfect family villa.
The master bedroom offers breathtaking views over Paleros Bay and the sparkle of the sea. Two twin beds that can be joined to form a double bed and Cocomat mattresses ensure the best sleep you can experience. You will be completely refreshed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, rain shower and stone sink. Built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space and a desk is large enough for a laptop and general items.
The living room and kitchen offer perfect views of the outdoor spaces and pool through glass doors that run the length of the room. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living room offers seating from which you can watch the sunset and the beauty of tomorrow, read a book or watch the latest movies on the 50-inch TV. A teak dining table sits near the glass doors and provides a wonderful backdrop for evening meals.
The outdoor area is very spacious and offers a shaded area when the midday sun gets too hot. Enjoy unique Greek cuisine with a glass of chilled wine as your guests gather around the large outdoor dining table for an unforgettable and unique experience.An inviting private infinity pool provides the perfect place to cool off in the midday sun, or alternatively, for the sun worshippers, teak loungers surround the pool so that a vacation tan can be achieved while reading a good book or sipping an ice cold drink.
The two guest bedrooms are located across from the main villa. Both have 2 twin beds that can be made into a double bed, and all have Cocomat mattresses. Each room has a fantastic rain shower, plenty of storage space, and a well-lit alcove with a shelf suitable for laptops. The bedrooms are connected by an area consisting of a toilet and two stone sinks.
Around the villa a very large and beautiful garden with oleanders and other traditional Greek plants and herbs has been created, giving the ultimate feeling of being in beautiful and traditional Greece.

The villa is located on the outskirts of the small town of Paleros near the center with restaurants and shopping. The nearest beach is 1700 m away.

Paleros, a picturesque town on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking setting with beautiful and peaceful views and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees stretch down to the sandy beaches. The town with its many bars and taverns is just a few minutes walk away. The most popular place is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht Club, which offers all day entertainment and invites you to relax with sun loungers and umbrellas while enjoying an ice cold drink from the wide selection of cocktails or sampling delicious Greek cuisine from an extremely modern and tasty menu.

The villa is an excellent starting point to explore the neighboring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous island of Skorpios.
