MANI VILLAS is a synthesis of two separate stone houses that evolve in dialogue with the natural contour, creating a composition that reinterprets the traditional tower houses of the Lefktro area The stone composition of Mani Villas is highlighted by two dynamic expressions in the form of towers: a reference point for each house. Mani Villas were awarded the Architizer A+ Award for the best vacation home in the world for 2019 for their architecture and published in Faidon's World's Best Architecture. They are designed to offer a blend of high-end and meaningful simplicity that encapsulates our philosophy of hospitality.
A beautiful 3 bedroom natural stone home with private pool and ocean views, features a cozy living room with built-in sofas and fireplace adjacent to the dining area and open kitchen. On the same level there are two bedrooms with double bed and closet, one with private bathroom and another bathroom. The rooms on the first level have access to the pool (40 sqm), from which there is a magnificent view of the sea, and the backyard. A staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor of the tower, where the master bedroom with sea view is located. The master bedroom has a closet, desk, and private bathroom with separate shower and sink.
Monolithoi House II's private outdoor areas include an infinity pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs, a built-in lounge, and a shaded dining area. The outdoor areas are designed to connect with the Mani landscape and face the sea and sunset.

The Monolithoi residential complex is located in the Peloponnese Peninsula in the area of Western or Messinian Mani, in the immediate vicinity of the traditional village of Pigi, on the Kalamata-Aeropoli provincial road.
The magnificent beaches of the region, following the laced contour of the peninsula, offer great opportunities for swimming at organized or quieter and secluded beaches. The organized beaches of Stoupa, Kalogria and Ritsa, the white sandy beach of Pantazis, the quiet Kalamitsi or the rocky Katafygio, ideal for diving, charm visitors with the transparent turquoise color of the water.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
