This is a modern property with chic and comfortable interior spread over three levels. The stylish interior with a combination of natural stone and wood gives the house an elegant and natural look. It is ideal for summer living with exceptionally large outdoor areas for entertaining.
Villa House is part of a group of 4 seafront villas, all built on different levels, each offering their own privacy along with spectacular views of the turquoise Ionian Sea and its islands. Madouri is located in the first row, closest to the beach and is ideal for families who want to get away from it all and relax in the peaceful surroundings.
On the first floor there is an open space with a living area with built-in sofas and a very elegant, well-equipped kitchen. Large teak and glass doors fold back from the living area to reveal sensational sea views from the terrace. There is also a guest toilet on this level.
A staircase leads up to the second floor where there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. It has a separate walk-in closet and its own large veranda with magnificent sea views. The second double bedroom has a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower and exceptional views of the bay from the large panoramic windows. Both bedrooms on the top floor have a magnificent view over the bay of Paleros with the islands of Meganissi, Lefkada, Atokos, Kalamos and Skorpios in the distance.
On the lowest floor there are three more bedrooms, two of them with double beds and private bathroom with toilet and shower and the third, smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and private bathroom with shower (please note that this bedroom has an interior window).
The house is very well equipped and has WI FI internet and air conditioning throughout the house. All furnishings are of the highest quality and the style is pleasantly minimalist, giving a chic and fresh feel.

The villa has many positive features that make it an ideal villa for a stay. One of the most outstanding advantages, apart from the location, is the large outdoor living and dining area that has been created. From the living room, teak doors lead out onto a large covered porch and patio area. Here is the first of two outdoor dining areas with built-in sofas and cushions around a large table. The stunning infinity pool has unobstructed views across the bay and there are plenty of comfortable teak loungers around the pool. On a lower terrace is a small garden with lawns punctuated by an impressive palm tree, and to the left is another covered area with a very large outdoor dining and living area that can accommodate 10 guests, as well as an additional sun terrace with lounge chairs just above the beach. In the evening, the sunset over the sea is breathtaking and at night guests can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings from the atmospherically lit outdoor areas.

The villa is located just 30 m from the beach and about 400 m outside Pogonias, a picturesque village on the west coast of mainland Greece, is set in a stunning backdrop of beautiful and tranquil views and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to the sandy beaches. Local taverns, cafes and a bakery are within walking distance. Supermarkets can be found in the next larger village of Paleros.
The villa is a great base to explore the neighboring islands of Lefkada (with some of the top 10 beaches in Europe), Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous island of Skorpios. We highly recommend our day cruise by rib boat around the many Ionian Islands, as it offers an amazing insight into the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. After 4 km around the bay you will pass the bustling town of Paleros, which is a lively alternative to Pogonia. There you will find tavernas, stores and our own Paleros Yacht Club, which is open all day long.
