On the second floor is the spacious living room with a 40-inch TV, as well as the kitchen with built-in minibar, microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and citrus press. The second bathroom can be found on this level.

On the second floor (attic, sleeping loft), the villa offers a second bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and a 40-inch TV.
