NorthPoint Houses, Milos (windmill), Ormos (bay) and Faros (lighthouse) are located on the northern tip of the Ionian island of Kefalonia.

North Point consists of three separate two-storey villas, each with its own swimming pool, terrace and sun loungers, set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The houses and their respective private pools are located within the private gardens to provide maximum privacy for their guests.

Each villa consists of two large bedrooms on the lower level, both with king-size beds that can also be converted into twin beds, and two beautifully appointed, marble-clad bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a cosy, large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a guest toilet with washing facilities. The living room leads onto a spacious balcony with seating and a dining table for al fresco dining overlooking the coast and the pretty village of Fiskardo.

One child up to 11 years old can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room at no charge, plus one infant up to one year old.

The respective pool size is: 2.30 m x 9.00 m (1.20 m deep).

All three North Point Houses are located above the harbour of Fiskardo and only 70 m from the small beach of Fiskardo. They are in an unrivalled location overlooking the picturesque bay and the village of Fiskardo with its many restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away.

Other beaches are within easy reach, such as: Emplisi 1.5 km; Kinikia 3.5 km; Dafnoudi 5 km....

The lovely village of Assos is only about 16 km away and is certainly worth a visit.
