Nestled in a 4000 sqm plot, surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and fig trees, is the perfect getaway for those who want to enjoy nature, privacy and tranquility. Built of wood and stone and surrounded by native herbs, it is in absolute harmony with its surroundings and gives the feeling of being at one with the Greek countryside.

A unique combination of comfort, art and eco-living: Driftwood Villa is the perfect retreat for couples and for honeymooners. Privacy, nature, candles and aromas create the atmospheric conditions for a romantic getaway. The breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, as well as the imposing Mount Ainos, add to the experience.

The open dining area, living room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the bedroom, have direct access to the garden and pool area. The rooms are very bright throughout the day and have a wonderful view of both Mount Ainos and the sea. The villa's bioclimatic design keeps the indoor temperature pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter. Still, there is air conditioning in every room and all windows have fly screens to keep the insects out! Driftwood Villa offers the ultimate in sleeping comfort. The villa has one bedroom with a king size bed that can be converted into two twin beds. All are equipped with Cocomat mattresses and pillows, which are made of 100% natural materials, making sleeping a comfortable and relaxing experience. The room has direct access to the pool and garden.

The private pool (3.5 m x 8 m, 1.6 m deep) has been awarded the Eco-Product Award by the European Commission and the Greek Association for Environmental Protection. It is surrounded by pebbles that give the feeling of being on a beach. The sun loungers as well as the soft cushions provide the maximum comfort while you enjoy the Ionian sun!

All amenities and cleaning products are environmentally friendly. Bathroom care products are made from Greek virgin olive oil and essential oils. Handmade artifacts and furniture, driftwood, pebbles, shells and a mural, combined with candles and essential oils create a unique atmosphere.

A welcome package awaits you upon arrival. A freshly prepared herbal drink, fresh fruit, local delicacies and a pair of slippers made of organic cotton! The villa is pet friendly!

The Villa is only 200 meters walking distance from the picturesque beach of Saint Thomas.
Saint Thomas is a unique beach. The golden sands, exotic and interesting scenery, a diving platform and the small paths that invite to be explored are ideal to fill an exciting day! The water is crystal clear and relatively shallow and warm, ideal for snorkeling as there are several small caves in the area.
On the seafront, you can enjoy fresh fish and sea delicacies in the traditional fish tavern of Alekos, while a few meters away you can have imaginative cocktails and enjoy the panoramic sea view in the romantic beach bar.
You can come here in the late afternoon after the sunset to relax on the beach and wait for the moonrise!
The village of Karavados, where you can find a mini-market, is only 3 minutes away by car, while Argostoli, the capital of the island, is only 15 minutes away. The airport of Kefalonia is a 15-minute drive away.
