The Xenos villas, each with a private pool, are located near the organised beach resort of Tigaki. Each villa is ideal for a family or small group holiday.
Xenos Villa 2 is the largest of the villas and features a split-level design that maximises privacy, and has the largest communal areas. Likewise, this offers modern design with light-filled rooms and beautiful sea views. The villa is spread over 3 floors and 250 sqm, so there is plenty of personal space for guests.
The main entrance leads to the first floor, which consists of 2 bedrooms with sea views and a bathroom. On this level there is also a private studio with 2 single beds, kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance.
The second floor consists of a living room, an indoor and outdoor dining area and an open kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen offer ample seating. The outdoor dining area and the living room offer a fantastic opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean Sea.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a gym with an additional sofa bed for 2 children. On this floor there is also a separate bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine.
The outdoor area offers a private pool (5 m x 10 m) with hydro-massage area in a large Mediterranean garden with sunbathing area and lawn. Private parking is available.
The villa has everything you need for children, from the smallest to the biggest, no matter how old they are! Cots and high chairs are available for the smallest members of the family; there is even a playground in the garden for the little ones to let off steam.
Location:
Xenos Villas are in a quiet location, but only a few minutes' walk to the start of the local seaside resort of Tigaki. This area is home to a range of shops, cafes, tavernas and Greek-style restaurants, as well as perhaps the best beach on the island.
Tigaki beach is about 2 km away from the villas by car, although the coast can also be reached in about 800 m on foot.
Kos Town, the main town in Kos Island, is about 11 km away and offers a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops and nightlife to suit all tastes.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 80% of the rental cost is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
