The White Stone Ionian Houses property consists of two Mediterranean villas. The concept of the villas is based on the quiet location and the pleasant climate of the surroundings, which makes loud air conditioning unnecessary. Instead, ceiling fans and the loft-like architecture, which allows natural air circulation, support the gentle breeze filled with the sweet scent of the pine trees.

The building materials used are mainly natural stone, wood and metal, which give our houses their distinctive character. All materials used are environmentally friendly and have a minimal impact on the environment.

Large doors and windows allow direct access to nature, while the colours - white, beige and olive green - have been chosen to reflect the surroundings. Aromatic herbs - rosemary, lavender, oregano and thyme - bloom in the sun alongside pomegranate, lemon and almond trees. Laurel bushes and olive trees more than two centuries old surround the villas.

Each of the two villas has stunning sea and mountain views, a private infinity pool and natural stone courtyards.

Villa 1 is 75 sqm, offers stunning sea views and is surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and Mediterranean bushes. The villa has an L-shaped infinity pool (6x9m, 1.20 - 2.20m deep) surrounded by nature and a large private stone courtyard with sun deck and comfortable sun loungers.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds - and a bathroom with glass ceiling. Both bedrooms have a beautiful wooden roof and each has its own balcony with sea view. The partition walls between the bedrooms are 2.2 m high to allow natural air circulation in the building.

The living room, kitchen and second bathroom are on the ground floor. The white marble sink and green mosaic tiles are handmade and date from the early 20th century.

The location of the property is special as part of it is on the cliff overlooking the sea and surrounded by pine trees and lavender. It is ideal for relaxing, watching the sunset or having a refreshing workout session under the dense shade of the olive trees. Villas White Stone is located only about 950 m outside the small coastal village of Agios Nikitas, where you will find a supermarket and restaurant. The beach of Agios Nikitas is only 1400 m away.
