The ground floor consists of an open space with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, plus a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The two further master bedrooms offer 1x double bed and 1x twin beds, each with en-suite bathroom, located upstairs.
Villa Azurite has been developed by boldly breaking the old with the new, retaining the natural rock in some interior areas as a distinctive decorative element to create a unique sense of communication between the past and the modern.
The spacious living room (with fireplace) and dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with all modern appliances. The villa has air conditioning, WIFI, flat screen TV and an alarm system.
The villa was built for true outdoor living and this can be easily seen by casting your eyes over the expansive infinity pool (30 sqm, heated) and the amazing outdoor dining table, which offers impeccable views of Psarou beach.

The villa is ideally situated only 500 m from the coast, just under 2 km from the coastal village of Ornos and 3 km from Platys Gialos with its beaches in front. Psarou Beach is also 2 km away. The famous sandy beaches of Paradise Beach are just 4 km away and Super Paradise Beach is only 8 km away.
Mykonos Town, the island's must-see capital, is a 4 km drive away. Here you will find places of interest, narrow streets, places to stroll, cafes, bars as well as many opportunities to stop and look out over the blue sea.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 80% of the rental cost is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 21 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
