The main house houses the main living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms) and 1 guest bathroom, which also serves as a bathroom for the fourth bedroom. The living and dining area, 2 of the bedrooms (1 of which is en suite) and the guest bathroom are located on the upper level of the house (pool level). The other 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the lower level (first floor). Outside the main house there are 2 guest rooms with their own entrance, one of which is on the pool level and one on the first floor. All rooms have sea/sunset views. The outdoor area features the infinity pool, a built-in barbecue (charcoal), the main seating area (upstairs/by the pool), a hammock, an outdoor bathtub and additional seating areas on both levels. The chapel is located on a small cliff on the highest level of the property, overlooking the house.
