This traditional villa is located on a 2000 sqm plot, very close to Agios Sostis beach, famous for its wonderful golden sand, turquoise waters as well as its unspoiled nature. The villa enjoys a privileged location with sweeping sea views over the Aegean Sea and the north coast of the island, revealing the true beauty of Mykonos' original landscapes. This is only eight minutes away from Mykonos Town and close to the cosmopolitan attractions of the island.

The style of this villa is exquisite: the sleek architecture gives the exterior a minimalist look, while the interior is embellished with flair. Under the bamboo pergola is a relaxing place to enjoy refreshing drinks and appetizers prepared in the outdoor pool bar. The villa has its own private pool with endless views of the sea.

The interior of the house is fully furnished and consists of three levels. The middle level offers a very comfortable living room and a large kitchen with an open dining area, which is very functionally equipped. There is also the master bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom. On the top level there are three bedrooms of which two bedrooms are equipped with double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) each and the third bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom. The rooms are bright and spacious and offer spectacular views of the sea. The lower level of the villa has a separate entrance and includes the fifth bedroom with a brick double bed, an extra living room including a brick single bed as another bedroom, a small kitchenette and a bathroom.

The large terrace is located in front of the villa and offers beyond the fantastic sea view a private swimming pool (40 sqm, 2 m deep) with its own pool bar, shaded barbecue as well as a dining area and sun loungers. In the back of the villa there is a large parking space.

The villa can be rented privately such as for social events, weddings, various celebrations and can accommodate up to 90 guests for this purpose. Mykonos is the perfect choice to celebrate a special occasion.

At Panormos Beach you can also spend your free time with a variety of activities. If you feel like adding some exercise to your vacation program, you can either participate in a game of beach volleyball, go kayaking or work out on a trampoline.
