Villa Cascade is a 2019-built waterfront property in Aleomandra with unobstructed sea views, built on the edge of a rocky shore in a sheltered spot just above the waters of the Aegean Sea. The chic villa is spread over three levels and features six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (two of which are masters), an additional staff room (extra fee) with an en-suite bathroom, and two open kitchens and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Luxury Villa Cascade is elegantly furnished and decorated with warm, inviting colors and features multiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a private infinity pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and an outdoor fire pit from which guests can enjoy stunning ocean views.

On the first floor, there is a spacious living room opening to the main outdoor area with the pool and outdoor dining area, a modern as well as a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, guest toilet and three comfortable bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (double bed, queen-size) and en-suite bathrooms in each. In one of these bedrooms, the double bed can be converted into two single beds if needed.

On the second floor there is the second open kitchen, which is the main kitchen, and two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which is a master (king-size bed) with panoramic sea views and the other have a queen-size bed. The two bedrooms are open to the first-floor terrace with built-in lounge areas and a fireplace. The staff room (room windowless) is also on this level, next to the kitchen, and has its own bathroom.

On the second floor is the master bedroom (king-size bed) with panoramic ocean views and a walk-in closet that opens to the terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi. All three levels are accessible via the stairs or the elevator of the villa.

In front of the first-floor living room is the terrace with the 13-meter private infinity saltwater pool, which invites you to enjoy extensive swimming laps, as well as lots of fun and games. But also the well-deserved relaxation certainly does not come too short by enjoying the wonderful sea view, the comfortable sun loungers and the lounge area.

Another highlight of this villa is the small secluded beach located just below the main terrace of the property, which guests can visit within a two-minute walk, while the organized beach of Agios Ioannis, the famous Ornos area and the center of Mykonos are just a few minutes away! The village of Aleomadra, 4.8 km away, is located in the southwest of the island and offers supermarkets as well as restaurants.
