Villa A consists of 5 spacious bedrooms: On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with king-size beds, fully equipped bathrooms, and two verandas with built-in lounges overlooking the sea. On the first floor (on pool level) there is a master suite of 40 sqm with a king-size bed and private bathroom. Also, on the pool level, there is another large bedroom with a king-size bed, a large elegant living room, dining area, and a large fully equipped modern kitchen. The villa is luxuriously furnished with the highest quality and attention to detail and according to the latest design trends. In the outdoor area, there is a large dining table that can meet the needs of 12 people. The large private swimming pool of 6 m x 20 m is surrounded by the green landscape and its connection is the deep blue sea (infinity pool).

Villa B consists of 6 spacious bedrooms: On the second floor, there are two master suites of 35 sqm each with a private bathroom and a large veranda with a built-in couch overlooking the sea and three large bedrooms each with queen size bed and private bathroom. On the first floor (pool level) there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a built-in bathtub. Also on the same level is a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The second and largest private swimming pool, measuring 12m x 16m, is located on the outdoor veranda level, surrounded by two large built-in sitting areas that can accommodate up to 28 people.

Villa C consists of 5 spacious bedrooms: On the second floor, there is a Honeymoon Suite of 80 sqm (king size bed and en-suite bathroom) with a private living room and large Jacuzzi on the balcony for up to 4-5 people with romantic views of the shimmering blue sea. On the first floor (pool level) there are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a lounge area.

The pool suites consist of two spacious bedrooms: Two master suites with 40 square meters of excellent sea views. Each with a private bathroom and a private outdoor pool (3 m x 5 m, heated with prior booking), and a sitting area. Both bedrooms have their own entrance, but can also be used in conjunction.

The guest house consists of two spacious bedrooms: A master suite of 40 sqm with a private bathroom with an integrated bathtub and a private sitting area. A second bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have their own entrance, but can also be used in conjunction.

In the main pool area, there is a large function area for up to 500 people and a custom barbecue and bar area, including a built-in Italian oven, large gas grill, built-in seating areas, and various lounge cushion areas.
