The 2,000 square meter property with flowers, cacti and other decorative plants offers guests plenty of space to enjoy and relax in the exquisite outdoor area with the infinity pool (which is surrounded by grass), several large lounges and the dining area with a bar and a built-in BBQ. The beautiful interior is fully equipped with the latest audio and video systems, including Smart TVs and a fully equipped home theater with a ceiling projector. There is also private parking for up to six cars on the villa grounds.

Bedroom 1 (28 sqm) is located on the first floor of this exclusive villa, is equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and has wonderful views of the sea and the pool. Another bedroom (24 sqm) with en-suite bathroom is also located on the first floor, but is equipped with single beds. The master suite (34 sqm) on the second floor offers a double bed and a very spacious bathroom. The beautiful villa is located on a hill above the sandy beach of Elia (about 900 meters away). The Elia area is less than 20 minutes by car from Mykonos Town and the island's airport. Moreover, the villa is only a few minutes (about 3 km) from the picturesque village of Ano Mera, where taverns, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are located. Elia is a large sandy beach, just 12 kilometers from the capital and the longest sandy beach in Mykonos. This is fully organized and offers a wide range of taverns, bars as well as water sports such as water skiing, para-sailing and windsurfing.
