Villa Icarus takes its name from one of the most famous and fascinating Greek myths, that of Daedalus and Icarus flying high in the sky. The experience of looking at the boundless view that stretches from the island of Naxos to the Ikar Sea will take your breath away.

The breathtaking villa is spread over three levels, has 7 spacious as well as air-conditioned bedrooms (one of which is a single room), each with its own bathroom plus a guest toilet, and can accommodate a total of 13 guests. Whereby two bedrooms are located on the first floor, two on the second floor and three in the basement.

On the first floor there is the exclusive living room with access to the main outdoor area, the fully equipped and modern open kitchen, the chic dining area, the guest toilet and two bedrooms with bathrooms (one double and one twin). The upper level has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one of which is the master leading to the Jacuzzi veranda) and the lower level has the second living / TV room and three additional comfortable bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single).

The air Jacuzzi is located on the second-floor balcony, next to the master bedroom. The villa is fully equipped with the latest audio and video systems, including Smart TVs in each bedroom, a PlayStation area and a fully equipped home theater with a ceiling projector.

The outdoor area with 75 sqm private infinity pool offers relaxing hours in the private ambiance of the luxury villa. This is surrounded by green landscaping, while the outdoor spa area includes a gym and sauna with incredible sea views, built-in seating and sofas, and a large shaded dining area. An outdoor bar is also integrated into the pool area.

The 2,000 square meter property with flowers, cacti and other ornamental plants, offers an abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces. There is private parking for up to six cars on the villa's property.

The beautiful villa is located on a hill above the sandy beach of Elia. The Elia area is less than 20 minutes by car from Mykonos Town and the island's airport. Moreover, the villa is only a few minutes away (about 3 km) from the picturesque village of Ano Mera, where taverns, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are located. Elia Beach is a large beach, just 12 kilometers from the capital and the longest sandy beach in Mykonos. This is fully organized and offers a wide range of taverns, bars as well as water sports such as water skiing, para-sailing and windsurfing.
