Villa Amra has 560 sqm of living space on a plot of 8,000 sqm, which means pure luxury. Villa Amra has 6 suites plus an en-suite bedroom with a single bed. Suite 1 (30 sqm), stylishly designed, is located at pool level, furnished with a double bed and offers access to a terrace overlooking the sea and sunset. Suite 2 (35 sqm), decorated in a rustic style, sleeps 2 people in a double bed that can also be converted into two single beds and is located on the second floor. From the private balcony, you have a fantastic view of the mountains. Suite 3 (40 sqm) is located on the pool level, just like Suite 1. This suite is equipped with a double bed and a desk. From here you have a great view of the sea and the sunset. For one more person a single room (30 sqm) offers sleeping possibility.

On the Jacuzzi level, there are 2 more suites, one suite (48 sqm) has a double bed as well as a private terrace with Jacuzzi and a dining and relaxing area offering views of the sea and the sunset. The second suite (25 sqm) on this level is also equipped with a double bed and gives access to the Jacuzzi area. (The temperature of the Jacuzzi can vary depending on the outside temperature, max. 37 degrees). The last suite (65 sqm) is on the SPA level, offers sleeping for two people in a double bed and a barbecue area outside with a view of the sea and the sunset. All seven private bathrooms of the bedrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet.

Furthermore, there is an outdoor fitness and massage area (70 sqm) overlooking the beach of Ftelia. In addition, the SPA area also includes the hammam area (50 sqm) with a heated pool. The hammam can be used for an additional fee (300 euros for 2.5 hours). All 6 suites have spacious balconies or verandas perfectly aligned with the romantic sunset, rustic furnishings and layout and are equipped with in-room bar, electronic safe, bathrobes and slippers, luxurious amenities, air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite LCD TV (suites 3, 4, 5 and 6), iPod dock station.
