The villa in the area of Agia Anna in Kalafatis, is located only 50 meters from the beach and 4 km outside the village of Ano Mera. It offers a panoramic view of the sea, the bay of Kalafatis and the island of Stapodi. Many other beaches such as Kalo livadi, Loulos, Lia and Elia are also in close proximity.

Mykonos town with its beautiful sights and flair can be reached in 11 km. The famous beaches Super-Paradise Beach and Paradise Beach are 10-12 km away.
