Villa Agate is a beautiful 220 square meter 4 bedroom residence, part of a complex of three independent villas overlooking the bay of Kalafatis, yet fits perfectly into its surroundings. The low structure incorporates elements of traditional architecture and natural materials to represent its relationship with the local architecture and the arid Cycladic landscape. Built on a slope, the house consists of two levels that open to a spacious outdoor space with endless views of the bright blue waters. The terrace is designed to take full advantage of the view, with a shaded lounge/dining area with a pergola and an infinity pool that blends into the seascape.

The interior follows the principles of minimalism dictated by both modern architecture and the language of the island. Clean lines, polished concrete floors and uniform white walls that reflect sunlight create a canvas that allows nature to become the focal point of the environment. To this end, the living areas are punctuated by glass doors that connect the interior with the landscape. Ornamentation is kept to a minimum, with a few hand-picked objects carefully placed around the house to complement the toned-down decoration.

On the first floor of Villa Agate there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the four bedrooms of different sizes, located on the lower level, all with glass doors to the terrace and private bathroom. Although the house is part of a complex, it is designed to offer privacy without compromising its captivating views.

The villa is located 3 km outside the village of Ano Mera, in the area of Kalafatis overlooking the bay of the same name. The nearest beaches are Kalo Livadi Beach and Kalafati Beach, which can be reached in just under 3 km by rental car. The well-known Elia Beach can be found at a distance of 5 km and the trendy Super Paradise Beach at 9.5 km. The villa is within walking distance (about 7 minutes) from the sandy and family-friendly beach of Kalafatis.

The famous capital Mykonos Town with all its distractions and attractions is at a distance of 11 km.
