Villa Aqua Marine is located on a privileged plot of land with magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Built and furnished in the purist architectural style typical of Mykonos, it is a beautiful 250 square meter four-bedroom home that perfectly captures the timeless flair of the island. The structure, a stone-clad slab designed to have minimal impact on the landscape, extends over two levels that open onto terraces equipped with all the necessities for outdoor living: There is a pergola for shaded lounging and dining areas and a beautiful infinity pool, all facing the seascape. Although the residence is part of a 3-home complex, it is designed to feel private while being completely open to the gorgeous landscape.

The ultra-chic minimal aesthetic of the home called for vast stretches of empty space on the inside and a white-on-white palette, sometimes punctuated by dark hues that further emphasize the absence of color. A few details of wood and wicker are used to add warmth and a natural feel to space. The result is a bundle of blissful spaces that have an immediate calming effect on both the eye and the soul. Throughout the house, tall windows and glass doors capture the scenery and invite sunlight in. Indirect lighting serves to continue this mood even after the sun goes down. The living room is furnished with handpicked signature elements that serve both a functional and decorative purpose. In the same concept, the bedrooms are minimally decorated with statement lighting elements and a designer piece here and there without distracting from the serene atmosphere of the house.

One of the four bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, safe and private bathroom, can be found on the first floor and the other three on the lower level. All rooms are equipped with WIFI and air conditioning. The air-conditioned living room on the ground floor offers beyond Bluetooth sound system and satellite TV, a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and access to the outdoor area including an infinity pool and outdoor facilities. A modern equipped kitchen is of course also available here.

The villa is located 3 km outside the village of Ano Mera, in the area of Kalafatis overlooking the bay of the same name. The nearest beaches are Kalo Livadi Beach and Kalafati Beach, which can be reached in just under 3 km by rental car. The well-known Elia Beach can be found at a distance of 5 km and the trendy Super Paradise Beach at 9.5 km. The villa is within walking distance (about 7 minutes) from the sandy and family-friendly beach of Kalafatis.

The famous capital Mykonos Town with all its distractions and attractions is at a distance of only 11 km.
