Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% deposit is due one month prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than one month prior to arrival, full prepayment is required.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to thirty days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation cost will be retained. If a reservation is canceled less than thirty days prior to arrival, the entire reservation price will be charged as a cancellation fee. If full prepayment is made, the entire reservation price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
